Future-Proof Big Data Training Modules - data and AI skills for young people

Coordinator Call: 2024-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000251001 ↗ Funded · running until 05/2026

Together with European partners, we develop hands-on learning modules on big data and artificial intelligence in the Erasmus+ programme - tailored to the digital working world of young people in vocational education.

Thinking Europe digitally. Shaping the future. Sharing knowledge.

What it's about

Digital technologies are changing how we work, learn and decide. For young people, one question becomes central: how do I handle data and AI confidently - competently and responsibly? Future-Proof Big Data Training Modules gives a practical answer. In the European education programme Erasmus+, we develop learning modules on big data, data literacy and artificial intelligence, tailored to real demands in business and society - modular in structure and connectable across Europe.

What makes it special

We don't think of education in purely technical terms. Alongside the technical fundamentals, critical thinking, teamwork and the responsible handling of data and AI are firmly part of it. And it isn't a purely academic undertaking, but lived collaboration between a company, educational institutions and young people. What we bring from advising international companies - data strategy, AI integration, digital transformation - flows directly into the learning content.

Where it works

The consortium is deliberately small and effective. Xient coordinates from Leverkusen. L4Y Learning For Youth from Pirmasens brings long experience in EU project management and digital skills development. And the vocational school Hadımköy Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi in Istanbul trials the modules where they are needed: with young people in technical training, including in a challenging environment.

What Xient brings

As coordinator, we lead the undertaking: we run the consortium, structure work packages and milestones and combine subject depth with didactics - the ability to structure complex content so that it becomes transferable and teachable. This programme and project management strength is the same one with which we steer demanding undertakings for companies and public clients to a result.

In return, we learn: from teachers, from young people and from societal questions that are less visible in the pure corporate world. This mutual learning relationship helps us spot trends early and develop our consulting approach further.

From research into your value creation

What emerges in European education projects flows back into our practice - into data & analytics work, into responsible AI and into strategy & transformation. Data literacy, thought through clearly and responsibly, is the same discipline - whether in the classroom or the boardroom.
