The decision check

Do you need an independent assessment?

Ten statements, two minutes. Count honestly how many apply to your organization. Nobody is watching: the check runs entirely in your browser, nothing is transmitted or stored.

1. We get conflicting answers about the state of our systems.

2. A major investment decision is coming up.

3. Our roadmap was essentially written by the vendor who executes it.

4. Risks are known but not prioritized.

5. The technical picture and the business picture don't line up.

6. Nobody can map the dependencies end to end.

7. One of our projects keeps needing additional budget.

8. We debate tools before data and architecture are settled.

9. Our target state is described in more detail than our current state.

10. Management needs a solid basis for a decision.
