Privacy Policy
Your data stays in Europe - and you won't see a cookie banner. This website deliberately does without tracking, profiling and non-European services. Because no consent-requiring cookies are set, no cookie consent is needed - for us a matter of principle, not chance.
1. Controller
Controller for the data processing on this website:
Xient GmbH

E-mail: info@xient.de
Phone: +49 221 16533980
Managing Director: Yavuz Yıldız
2. Principle of data minimisation
This website is deliberately built to minimise data. No external third-party services such as tracking, analytics, external fonts, maps or videos are embedded in the browser. Fonts and images are delivered directly from our own server, so no connection to third parties is established when a page loads. The technical processing involved in hosting is described in section 3.
Since no consent-requiring cookies or comparable technologies are used, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). For this reason we deliberately do without a cookie banner.
3. Hosting
Your data stays in Europe: the website is hosted by a provider with its server location in the European Union (Hetzner). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When the pages are accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (including shortened IP address, date and time, the page accessed, browser type). This serves delivery, stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short period.
5. Contacting us
You can reach us by e-mail, phone or via our contact form.
Contact form. Through the form we process the details you enter: name, e-mail address, company, phone number, the selected topic, your message and your consent to being contacted. The sole purpose of the processing is to handle and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and, for business enquiries, the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship together with our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Transmission is encrypted (TLS) to our server; the details are stored solely to handle your enquiry on our EU-hosted infrastructure (processing on our behalf, see section 3). Your data is not passed on to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
E-mail and phone. If you contact us directly by e-mail or phone, we likewise process the data you provide solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required to handle your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
