Privacy Policy
Your data stays in Europe - and you won't see a cookie banner. This website deliberately does without tracking, profiling and non-European services. Because no consent-requiring cookies are set, no cookie consent is needed - for us a matter of principle, not chance.
1. Controller
Controller for the data processing on this website:
Xient GmbH, Werkstättenstraße 19, 51379 Leverkusen, Germany
E-mail: info@xient.de, Phone: +49 221 16533980
Managing Director: Yavuz Yıldız
2. Principle of data minimisation
This website is deliberately built to minimise data. No tracking cookies, no analytics services and no external font or map services are integrated. Fonts and images are delivered directly from our server; no data is transmitted to third parties.
Since no consent-requiring cookies or comparable technologies are used, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). For this reason we deliberately do without a cookie banner.
3. Hosting
Your data stays in Europe: the website is hosted by a provider with its server location in the European Union (Hetzner). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When the pages are accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (including shortened IP address, date and time, the page accessed, browser type). This serves delivery, stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short period.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or via a form on this website, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, company and your message) solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). When you submit the contact form, this information is transmitted to us; if direct transmission is unavailable, the form opens your e-mail program instead. No data is passed on to third parties. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
