Group consolidation fit for the HANA future - Lanxess AG

The situation

Lanxess wanted to make an in-house add-on for group consolidation (based on SAP SEM-BCS) ready for SAP HANA. This meant retiring outdated applications and - for release and licensing reasons - cleanly separating a business warehouse system from a consolidation system.

How we helped

As specialists in group consolidation and in-memory technologies, we analysed the legacy systems thoroughly and developed a fully HANA-capable solution. It replaces the previous engine - one that had already proven itself at the highest level at Bayer AG and was tailored precisely to Lanxess.

Lanxess is ready for the HANA future - with a modern, cleanly separated consolidation solution that fits the group and can keep growing with it.
