Guest article in PROTECTOR: Europe has the data. What is missing is the translation.

PROTECTOR (Schlütersche Fachmedien), one of the established German trade publications for security technology and public safety, has published a contributed article from our house: "Europa hat die Daten. Es fehlt die Übersetzung." (Europe has the data. What is missing is the translation.)

The thesis: control rooms, utilities and critical-infrastructure operators have more situational information than ever - Copernicus, Galileo, drones, sensor networks. What is missing in the critical moment is the layer in between that turns contradictory sources into a defensible basis for decisions. The article lays out the five capabilities of that decision layer - from data fusion and explainable AI orchestration to human-in-the-loop governance - and introduces how Xient Resilience Intelligence builds exactly this layer as a sovereign agentic GeoAI platform: validated on European high-performance computing infrastructure, with its conceptual roots in the European AEGIS concept from the Horizon Europe environment.
