Are we locked into hypatos?
No. hypatos is one of several solutions we use - and we'll just as readily build bespoke automation when that fits better. Our contribution is the process work, not selling you a particular tool.
Does this only work with SAP?
No. We work with a range of ERP systems; SAP is one of them. Processed items are created right inside your system, not in a silo beside it.
Is it only about financial accounting?
Finance is often the way in, because that's where the impact shows up fast. The same process expertise also goes into master data, procurement, sales and sector-specific workflows.
Will this replace our people?
No. The clean cases run automatically, but people decide the exceptions and anything that calls for judgement. The point is to take routine off their plate, not to cut headcount.
