The situation

For pre-series production, Audi wanted a unified, high-performance reporting system based on SAP Business Warehouse on HANA. The data was scattered - across SAP modules, host databases and classic Excel lists - and had to be brought together while remaining connectable for other applications.

How we helped

Our architects accompanied the path from the first analysis through the new system architecture to the cutover - closely aligned with the business units and with clean knowledge transfer. On the new reporting system, teams today steer volume and capacity planning, order processing and picking, among other things.

What remained

A fully reworked reporting on modern SAP technologies. Instead of laboriously maintained Excel lists, consolidated data flows into decisions in real time - and those responsible see clearly what matters.
