Integration Management Consultant (m/f/d) - Data Strategy

In Data Strategy & Transformation you connect business and IT, bring structure to complex programmes and create sound decision paths - with clear results, transparency over dependencies and information architectures that genuinely move transformation forward. Your tasks

• Integration management in complex transformation programmes - scope, dependencies and decisions under control.
• Maintain requirements, traceability and RAID structures and create transparency over results.
• Prepare roadmaps, waves, steering materials and handover documents.
• Connect business and IT, structure content into epics, features and user stories, support workshops.
• Contribute to operating models, guardrails, governance and data structures.
• Spot risks, blockers and gaps early and present them clearly and traceably for management.

Your profile

• A completed degree, e.g. (business) informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or similar.
• Professional experience in transformation projects or in management consulting.
• A good understanding of end-to-end processes and business capabilities.
• Familiar with S/4HANA, APIs, cloud and data-platform concepts (e.g. lakehouse/Databricks) as well as fundamental data & analytics topics (KPIs, data flows); a feel for the growing influence of AI on processes is an advantage.
• Experience in structuring complex topics (epics, features, user stories) and working with various stakeholders.
• A highly structured, proactive and independent way of working; comfortable with uncertainty and shifting priorities.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Location: Cologne region / Ruhr area, mostly remote. Scope: full-time. Start: as soon as possible.
